Amplitude's Customer Education team is seeking a Technical Trainer / Customer Success Trainer to enable customers to maximise the value of Amplitude's products. The role serves as Amplitude's primary training presence across the EMEA region, delivering engaging sessions in various formats — live virtual, in-person workshops and recorded/asynchronous — for customers, partners and internal teams. You will join an impactful global team shaping how customers achieve success and contribute directly to Amplitude's growth. Remote position with travel across EMEA and occasional global travel.
Responsibilities
- ▹Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats: live virtual sessions, in-person workshops and recorded/asynchronous sessions for customers, partners and internal teams
- ▹Tailor learning experiences to customer needs and data sets, adapting content from analytics beginners to advanced users
- ▹Develop deep expertise across Amplitude's product suite, including Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation and Guides & Surveys
- ▹Leverage AI tools in training design and preparation workflows to increase efficiency, elevate content quality and scale impact
- ▹Partner with the global Education team to shape training content and share insights from live engagements
- ▹Provide product training for Amplitude team members as needed
- ▹Work cross-functionally with customer-facing teams and account stakeholders for a seamless training experience
- ▹Support and enable regional services partners to deliver Amplitude training (e.g. Implementation Bootcamps, Train-the-Trainer programs, consultative coaching)
Requirements
- ▹Experience in a Trainer, Customer Success Manager or other customer-facing enablement role
- ▹Strong experience working in the SaaS or AI space
- ▹Fluent in English and French
- ▹Exceptional live facilitation skills, with the ability to command a room and drive highly interactive, outcomes-focused sessions
- ▹Demonstrated experience tailoring enablement based on discovery, not simply delivering standard content
- ▹Ability to explain complex analytics and AI-driven concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- ▹Willingness to travel across the EMEA region, with occasional global travel
