
Technical Account Manager - UK
Camunda is hiring a UK-based Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technical advisor to its most strategic enterprise customers, helping them turn their process orchestration vision into measurable business value. You guide clients through every stage of their Camunda adoption journey. The portfolio may include public sector accounts requiring UK security clearance, alongside other accounts across the UK or Europe.
Responsibilities
- ▹Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers throughout their Camunda adoption journey
- ▹Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans that maximize business outcomes
- ▹Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to business and technical stakeholders
- ▹Identify and remove execution risks through platform and solution health checks and escalation management
- ▹Foster relationships with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre-Sales
- ▹Work with public sector accounts requiring UK security clearance, and spend time on-site up to 50% during busy periods
Requirements
- ▹Ability and willingness to use Camunda's product
- ▹Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance
- ▹At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in enterprise software
- ▹Hands-on experience with a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or Python, and relevant enterprise software frameworks
- ▹Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes
- ▹A proven track record of building trusted relationships and advising both technical and business stakeholders
- ▹Strategic problem solving with a collaborative, impact-driven mindset
- ▹Willingness to spend time on-site with clients, up to 50% during busy periods
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or robotic process automation
- ▹Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA, etc.)
- ▹Familiarity with Camunda products
