Technical Account Manager - Poland

Camunda, the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, is hiring a Technical Account Manager for its Customer Success team. TAMs at Camunda are trusted technical advisors partnering closely with the most strategic customers, guiding them through all stages of their Camunda adoption journey, from onboarding through ongoing operations. The role is remote, with on-site time at key accounts as needed (up to 50% during busy periods), and the portfolio may include public sector accounts requiring security clearance as well as other accounts across the UK or Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers throughout their Camunda adoption journey
  • Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes
  • Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices and advisory services to business and technical stakeholders, from onboarding through ongoing operations
  • Identify and remove execution risks via proactive platform and solution health checks, escalation management and internal customer advocacy
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional Camunda teams (Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales)
  • Spend time on-site with accounts for key milestone interactions (up to 50% during busy periods)
  • Work with public sector accounts requiring security clearance, alongside other accounts across the UK or Europe

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in enterprise software
  • Hands-on technical expertise with a high-level programming language (such as Java, C# or Python) and relevant enterprise software frameworks
  • Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and associated paradigms, including DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships and advising both technical and business stakeholders, explaining complex issues clearly to varied audiences
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with a collaborative, impact-driven mindset
  • Willingness and flexibility to spend time on-site with clients (up to 50% during busy periods)
  • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration or robotic process automation
  • Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Camunda products
