Responsibilities

• ▹Validate, qualify, plan and operate systems and technical equipment at the Human Pharmacology Center (HPZ)
• ▹Maintain and administer the study documentation system, acting as central point of contact for all system-related questions
• ▹Oversee further relevant infrastructure (ECG management system, temperature monitoring, FotoFinder camera system, driving-fitness test systems)
• ▹Provide technical and quality-oriented support, including training for HPZ staff
• ▹Support HPZ facility management to proactively ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• ▹Completed Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific field (e.g. medical technology, data science in medicine, healthcare information management) or comparable qualification with experience in a regulated or healthcare environment
• ▹Knowledge of equipment and computerized system qualification and validation
• ▹Very good IT and software skills (e.g. MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint)
• ▹Very good written and spoken German and English, for English-language work instructions and international interfaces
• ▹Willingness for on-site presence and flexible, team-oriented working hours
