Senior Data / AI Consultant - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate business needs into effective data architectures and solutions
• ▹Support different aspects of projects: cloud development, infrastructure setup, data engineering, data science and generative AI use cases
• ▹Communicate findings and deliver insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
• ▹Travel occasionally within Switzerland and abroad to engage with clients and work closely with the team at the Zurich headquarters

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline
• ▹Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant position
• ▹Practical experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, dbt, Palantir Foundry), with strong SQL, Python and Spark skills
• ▹Proven experience building and implementing generative AI solutions (e.g. RAG architectures, copilots, intelligent search systems, workflow automation)
• ▹Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts and data warehousing methodologies
• ▹Hands-on, results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, fluent English
