IT Specialist or Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• ▹Work in international, interdisciplinary project teams, including sub-project lead responsibilities
• ▹Support and further develop complex IT systems in a (Non-)GMP environment, including error analysis, system adjustments, functional testing, and documentation
• ▹Evaluate and establish innovative digital solutions in close coordination with users, including modern software development approaches and AI tools
• ▹Act as process expert and interface between business departments, IT experts, and external partners
• ▹Support scientists in analyzing complex data

Requirements

• ▹Completed Master's in Computer Science, or a Bachelor's with several years of relevant experience, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Proven experience with data structures and statistical data analysis techniques, plus expertise in current programming languages such as Python and R
• ▹Excellent spoken and written German and English
• ▹Strong social, communication, and methodological skills combined with a structured, independent, solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Willingness for regular on-site presence and close teamwork

Nice to have

• ▹Initial experience with pharmaceutical process knowledge, particularly formulation development, process development, and GMP-compliant manufacturing and distribution of clinical trial samples
