Analytics Engineer – Hybrid

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, further develop, and operate a central analytics stack with data pipelines for currently five subsidiaries
• ▹Consolidate data, metrics, and reports across multiple companies
• ▹Model data in the warehouse (Postgres / Azure Warehouse) with a focus on clear, maintainable data models
• ▹Define, document, and implement company-wide KPIs
• ▹Create and further develop Power BI reports for product, management, and finance use cases

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, ideally at a software or tech company
• ▹Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of building pipelines, models, and reports yourself
• ▹Very good understanding of business context and numeric logic
• ▹Experience working at the intersection of tech, product, and finance
• ▹Very good SQL skills and experience with Python in an analytics context
• ▹Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g. dbt, Airflow, cloud warehouses)
• ▹Fluent German (C2) and English (C1), spoken and written
• ▹Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain complex topics to different stakeholders
