Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive platform strategy and roadmap with the technical lead
• ▹Work on the public API and developer experience (versioning, documentation, observability)
• ▹Build AI and agent interfaces such as MCP
• ▹Ensure deliverability and abuse safety
• ▹Collaborate with SRE on performance and scale
• ▹Work on shared foundations (design system, regulatory work)
• ▹Define, analyze and optimize metrics

Requirements

• ▹4+ years product management experience in a SaaS company
• ▹Experience with platform, infrastructure, API or internal-tooling products
• ▹Solid understanding of APIs and integrations
• ▹Experience scoping integration work with engineers
