Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate multi-account, multi-region AWS infrastructure
• ▹Maintain Terraform modules and workspaces
• ▹Ensure zero-downtime infrastructure changes
• ▹Manage ECS services and blue/green deployments
• ▹Monitor reliability via CloudWatch, PagerDuty, Sentry
• ▹Maintain IAM and secrets management (SSM) baseline
• ▹Plan and lead bare-metal/colocation migration
• ▹Produce migration waves, dependency maps and rollback plans

Requirements

• ▹5+ years DevOps/platform experience at senior level
• ▹Deep AWS knowledge (VPC, ECS, IAM, RDS/ElastiCache)
• ▹Terraform experience at scale
• ▹CI/CD with GitHub Actions, automated production deploys
• ▹Docker with ECS or Kubernetes operations experience
• ▹Strong Linux networking (DNS, TLS, VPN)
• ▹Experience planning and executing on-prem/colo migration
• ▹Shell and/or Python based automation
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Colo/bare-metal ops (NetBox, Ansible, Packer)
• ▹Self-hosted Postgres HA, Redis/Valkey, Kafka, OpenSearch
• ▹Email infrastructure (MTA, SMTP, DKIM/SPF/DMARC)
• ▹Cloudflare experience
• ▹Observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki
• ▹GCP/BigQuery knowledge
• ▹Ability to read Ruby or Go
