Responsibilities

• ▹Design automated remediation workflows and self-healing infrastructure
• ▹Review quality of autonomous decisions, identify failure patterns
• ▹Translate customer compliance requirements into policy-as-code
• ▹Serve as expert escalation point for complex episodes
• ▹Work directly with customers on cloud operations
• ▹Collaborate with product team to improve the platform

Requirements

• ▹Solid hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• ▹Automation-first mindset, track record eliminating manual work
• ▹Strong infrastructure-as-code experience (especially Terraform)
• ▹Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• ▹Mature incident judgment
• ▹Readiness for 24/7 on-call rotation

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI/ML-driven automation systems
• ▹Familiarity with agentic or event-driven architectures
• ▹Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS)
