Responsibilities

• ▹Perform Copilot security assessments (prompt injection, model tampering)
• ▹Design Zero Trust-based Copilot security architecture
• ▹Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Conditional Access policies
• ▹Develop threat models and run red-team security testing
• ▹Build monitoring, detection and incident response for Copilot environments
• ▹Provide L3 support for complex security and integration issues
• ▹Define security policies and operational guardrails
• ▹Assess security of Copilot plugins and third-party integrations
• ▹Validate data flows, encryption and data protection mechanisms
• ▹Create documentation and training materials for support teams

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in cybersecurity / cloud security
• ▹Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure security expertise
• ▹Skilled in IAM, Zero Trust and cloud security architecture
• ▹Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Entra ID
• ▹Experience in threat modeling and incident response
• ▹Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, C#)
• ▹Background in Computer Science / IT or related field

Nice to have

• ▹AZ-500, Microsoft Security or CISSP certification
