Senior Fullstack Data Scientist (GenAI)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery and architecture design for GenAI use cases
• ▹Build end-to-end GenAI applications
• ▹Design RAG pipelines with vector databases
• ▹Model selection, prompting strategy and fine-tuning
• ▹Implement safety and compliance controls
• ▹Collaborate with data engineers and developers
• ▹Mentor data science colleagues on GenAI patterns

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in Data Science / AI engineering
• ▹4+ years of production-ready Python AI development
• ▹2+ years of production LLM/RAG development
• ▹Strong knowledge of LLMs, chatbots, AI agents and RAG
• ▹Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or LangGraph frameworks
• ▹Experience designing MCP servers/clients
• ▹Excellent English communication

Nice to have

• ▹Designing ML algorithms and data pipelines in Python
• ▹Familiarity with Azure, GCP or AWS AI services
• ▹CI/CD and containerized (Docker, Kubernetes) development
