Responsibilities

• ▹Build and roll out AI applications on the central AI platform
• ▹Design, develop and optimize RAG solutions
• ▹Integrate LLMs via APIs, handle context handling and tool calling
• ▹Develop data products and services delivered through MCP servers
• ▹Evaluate and continuously improve AI solutions
• ▹Build prototypes together with business departments

Requirements

• ▹Solid Python development experience
• ▹LLM knowledge: API integration, context handling, tool calling, prompt engineering
• ▹Experience building RAG solutions: embeddings, chunking, vector search
• ▹Experience with SQL, APIs and unstructured documents
• ▹Fluent German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Databricks experience (Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Vector Search)
• ▹Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
• ▹Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
