DevOps Engineer with AWS (Contractor)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure platform reliability (HA, backup/restore, disaster recovery)
• ▹Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes with Helm and ArgoCD
• ▹Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible
• ▹Operate PostgreSQL databases on AWS RDS
• ▹Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD
• ▹Build monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• ▹Provide 3rd-level support and incident management

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of DevOps engineering or similar infrastructure experience
• ▹Strong AWS and Linux (Amazon Linux) experience
• ▹Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
• ▹Ansible experience
• ▹Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD) experience
• ▹PostgreSQL operations experience, preferably on RDS
• ▹GitLab CI/CD experience
• ▹Python and shell scripting

Nice to have

• ▹Backstage developer portal experience
• ▹Keycloak / OIDC / SAML SSO integration knowledge
• ▹Artifactory/Nexus artifact management knowledge
