• ▹Define risk-based test coverage
• ▹Lead the transition from manual to automated testing
• ▹Champion an AI-driven development lifecycle (AI DLC) in QA
• ▹Manage release activities and regression cycles

Requirements

• ▹Management experience leading QA teams across concurrent projects
• ▹Knowledge of test automation strategy
• ▹Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and practices
• ▹Experience managing release lifecycle and regression testing
