System Administrator

ICONIC21 is looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our global IT infrastructure and information systems. The role focuses on administering Microsoft and Atlassian systems, managing devices and accounts, and providing access and license management across a wide range of internal and third-party services, while helping to implement information security and IT management policies across the company. Responsibilities Manage and support the company’s global IT infrastructure and information systems. Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and related Microsoft systems. Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies. Set up and manage Intune as the primary MDM/MAM solution, including MDM for macOS devices. Manage access controls, roles, permissions, and groups. Administer Jira and a wide range of third-party services, including user access, accounts, and licenses. Help implement information security policies and IT management processes for devices and accounts. Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting. Provide L2–L3 user support. Requirements Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Experience setting up and managing MDM/MAM for Windows and macOS devices. Experience administering Jira and managing access and licenses across third-party services. Knowledge of information security principles and controls. Experience managing user accounts, access permissions, and roles. Understanding of computer networking. Upper-intermediate level of English. Nice to have Experience managing information security technical solutions such as Conditional Access, MS Defender, MS Purview, and device configuration profiles. Information Security certifications.
