Senior Rust Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Architect and implement the on-chain order book and matching engine in Rust
• ▹Design and extend exchange-specific logic (execution, risk checks, state management)
• ▹Develop protocol-level components (state transition, consensus, transaction processing)
• ▹Integrate oracles, bridges and external data providers
• ▹Optimize for low-latency execution and gas efficiency
• ▹Conduct benchmarking and stress testing
• ▹Develop unit, integration and end-to-end tests

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of systems programming experience, 3+ in Rust
• ▹Proven track record building trading platforms, execution engines or exchanges
• ▹Contributions to Rust-based L1 protocol projects (e.g. Solana, Cosmos SDK, Substrate)
• ▹Deep understanding of distributed systems (consensus, P2P networking, high-performance data structures)
• ▹Knowledge of decentralized trading models (on-chain order books, AMMs)
• ▹Ability to design and implement complex production-grade systems independently

Nice to have

• ▹Competitive programming or algorithmic problem-solving experience
• ▹Expertise in low-latency design and concurrency optimization
