Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop complex features from concept to deployment
• ▹Make architectural decisions for the Rails application
• ▹Maintain an automated test suite
• ▹Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues
• ▹Mentor engineers via code review and pairing

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record designing and scaling Rails applications
• ▹Strong Rails fundamentals (ActiveRecord, background jobs)
• ▹Frontend experience (JavaScript, CSS)
• ▹Strong testing mindset (Minitest or RSpec)
• ▹Confident debugging of production issues
