AI/ML Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Use AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex ML/AI engineering tasks
• ▹Review model-generated implementations (model training, inference, MLOps, LLM applications)
• ▹Identify bugs, edge cases and failure modes in AI models
• ▹Compare outputs from multiple frontier models
• ▹Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic ML scenarios

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of professional machine learning engineering experience
• ▹Experience building production ML systems, deployment infrastructure or LLM applications
• ▹Regular use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI)
• ▹Ability to evaluate model-generated ML implementations and technical tradeoffs

Nice to have

• ▹Experience deploying ML systems to production
