Responsibilities

• ▹Align product requirements with PMs and engineers
• ▹Document and communicate client requirements
• ▹Develop and execute test strategies
• ▹Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• ▹Train clients on Ready software tools
• ▹Optimize AI utilization with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's in computer science, engineering or similar field
• ▹2-3 years in an engineering role
• ▹Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• ▹At least one programming language (e.g. React, Python)
• ▹Basic HTML5, CSS3 and web API knowledge
• ▹Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python, SQL and CI/CD (Docker, AWS)

Nice to have

• ▹MLflow and Airflow knowledge
• ▹Langchain or Pydantic-AI experience
• ▹Knowledge of LLM evaluation, RAG architectures, MCP servers
