Responsibilities

• ▹Own AI agents' full lifecycle for assigned customers
• ▹Map customer workflows and define agent scope
• ▹Write prompts, instructions and conversation flows
• ▹Integrate agents into customer systems (CRM, ticketing)
• ▹Build test sets and drive quality assurance
• ▹Monitor live conversations and debug issues

Requirements

• ▹Strong customer-facing and trust-building skills
• ▹Experience designing LLM-based systems
• ▹Knowledge of Python, SQL and TypeScript
• ▹Experience with API integrations and error handling
