Responsibilities

• ▹Set the warehouse/lakehouse direction and build the layered data platform
• ▹Design batch and streaming pipelines (CDC, ELT, real-time)
• ▹Define canonical datasets and data models
• ▹Own data quality, observability, and integrity checks
• ▹Build in role-based access, masking, and lineage for a regulated environment
• ▹Build feature pipelines for AI/ML use cases
• ▹Establish CI/CD and data engineering practices

Requirements

• ▹8+ years building production data systems, with architecture ownership
• ▹Expert SQL and strong Python
• ▹Deep experience in at least one modern data stack area (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka)
