Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and own core analytical metrics and dashboards
• ▹Analyze transaction, customer, and credit data
• ▹Build automations and data pipelines using SQL and Python
• ▹Partner with Risk, Product, Growth, and Finance leaders
• ▹Turn ambiguous questions into clean metrics and reliable outputs
• ▹Own business-critical compliance reporting for the Risk team

Requirements

• ▹Excellent SQL skills, including performance reasoning
• ▹Strong Python (or similar) skills for data workflows
• ▹Strong grasp of data modeling, tables, schemas, and joins
• ▹Ability to break down ambiguous problems into measurable outputs
• ▹AI-first approach using Gen AI and LLMs
• ▹High ownership mindset and strong business judgment

Nice to have

• ▹1-3 years of experience in analytics, data, or technical roles
• ▹Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services
• ▹Prior work in credit, fraud, or risk analytics
• ▹Experience with statistical or data analysis tools
