Responsibilities

• ▹Design scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems
• ▹Integrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers and outbound tools
• ▹Build internal tools to improve BDR and AE productivity
• ▹Develop account prioritization, routing and orchestration systems
• ▹Build structured data pipelines enabling AI-native workflows
• ▹Partner with marketing, sales and engineering to turn GTM strategy into systems

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience
• ▹Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs and automation systems
• ▹Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar
• ▹Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines
• ▹Strong systems thinking and scalable architecture design skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience at hyper-growth companies (100%+ ARR growth)
• ▹Building CDP or GTM data infrastructure
• ▹AI-assisted workflow automation
• ▹Enterprise sales experience
