Machine Learning Engineer - Inference Maintainer & Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• ▹build and evolve an agentic contribution and release pipeline
• ▹set up automated and semi-automated review, triage, and CI/CD
• ▹run nightly end-to-end tests across every target platform
• ▹achieve daily release cadence without lowering quality
• ▹teach internal teams and customers how to use the inference engine
• ▹onboard new models into the engine
• ▹partner with marketing to tell the project's story

Requirements

• ▹hands-on experience with ML systems / inference engines
• ▹Python and ML framework knowledge (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• ▹CI/CD and test automation experience
• ▹familiarity with open source projects and GitHub-based workflows
• ▹self-directed, accountable way of working

Nice to have

• ▹experience with AI agent-driven developer tooling
• ▹experience leading open source community projects
