Responsibilities

• ▹Handle help-desk tickets (password resets, access, Slack/Google Workspace/Zoom)
• ▹Manage device lifecycle: procure, provision, configure, ship laptops
• ▹Run onboarding and offboarding processes
• ▹Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, license assignments)
• ▹Support endpoint compliance and security policies
• ▹Manage corporate software licenses and access reviews
• ▹Support office networking and AV equipment
• ▹Train and enable employees on IT systems

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on day-to-day technical support experience
• ▹Experience with device lifecycle and onboarding processes
• ▹Familiarity with Google Workspace admin console and CLI tools
• ▹Knowledge of security policies and endpoint compliance tooling
• ▹Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-growing team

Nice to have

• ▹International (EMEA) IT support experience
• ▹Involvement in security and automation projects
