Responsibilities

• ▹Run experiments to teach world models new behaviors
• ▹Develop new data strategies, architectural variants and training techniques
• ▹Design evaluations that measure model capabilities
• ▹Take features from research prototype to production
• ▹Work across the full stack: data pipelines, modeling, production inference

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience in ML research or engineering
• ▹Familiarity with architecture of large-scale multimodal generative models
• ▹Experience building robust data pipelines
• ▹Proficiency with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, JAX)
• ▹Experience with distributed training at scale
• ▹Ability to context-switch quickly in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
