Responsibilities

• ▹lead AI projects from ideation through production
• ▹develop real-time speech and NLU systems
• ▹build LLM-powered model and prompt pipelines
• ▹identify high-leverage AI opportunities with Product
• ▹shape AI roadmap across speech, NLP and automation
• ▹mentor junior team members

Requirements

• ▹4+ years building AI/ML systems with meaningful production ownership
• ▹experience building and evaluating NLP/LLM systems (retrieval, summarization, classification)
• ▹speech pipelines in production or near-real-time settings
• ▹track record improving accuracy, cost and latency
• ▹Python 3.9+, Docker basics, AWS familiarity (S3, RDS, EC2)

Nice to have

• ▹optimizing real-time speech processing systems
• ▹evaluating modern STT engines
• ▹modern TTS engines and voice pipeline integration
