• ▹own projects from conception through shipping
• ▹deliver value considering performance, scale and security
• ▹shape product direction through user interviews and feature brainstorms
• ▹provide code reviews and technical guidance
• ▹interview candidates to help build the team

Requirements

• ▹experience as a technical leader on business-critical backend systems
• ▹familiarity with the Node.js/Mongo backend stack
• ▹ability to connect product strategy, data and infrastructure
• ▹experience at a product-focused startup/scale-up
• ▹high degree of cross-functional collaboration
