Responsibilities

• ▹build mobile and web app for a government/social-impact product
• ▹rapidly build and test new features (communication methods, database integration)
• ▹help scale security toward StateRAMP/FedRAMP compliance
• ▹generate data-driven reports and integrate with government databases
• ▹build UI components with designers
• ▹manage interns and develop leadership skills

Requirements

• ▹highly skilled in React/React Native, iOS/Android app development
• ▹experience with AWS-related services
• ▹startup background or love of the 0-to-1 phase
• ▹experience writing production code on shipped full-stack apps
• ▹experience building NoSQL and SQL database schemas

Nice to have

• ▹security engineering and compliance experience (SOC2, HIPAA, CJIS, StateRAMP, FedRAMP)
• ▹govtech startup experience
• ▹design experience
• ▹experience with communication platforms
