ERP Support Specialist (IT)

Responsibilities

• ▹Supporting, optimizing and further developing ERP systems
• ▹Analyzing and implementing requirements, incidents and change requests
• ▹Participating in ERP projects, testing, rollouts and process optimization
• ▹Supporting and advising internal departments on ERP-related questions
• ▹Creating documentation and collaborating with external service providers and partners

Requirements

• ▹Completed education in the IT field plus professional experience in an ERP environment
• ▹High IT affinity along with analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• ▹Service-oriented, independent and structured way of working
• ▹Teamwork and communication skills
