Tasks As a full-stack developer at SCHRANKERL, you'll play a pivotal role in the software development of our core system. Your main tasks will involve: * Creating a modern software system to streamline operations, optimize services, and enhance meal planning. * Collaborating with a small, dynamic team spread across Vienna and Linz, where every voice is valued, and ideas are heard. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: * 2+ years of experience as a software developer. * A diverse portfolio of technical skills. * Proficiency in Python (required). * Understanding of (or interest in) machine learning techniques for predictive modeling. * JavaScript, MySQL, or data science frameworks (not required but a plus) * Experience with Odoo (not required but a plus). * Understanding of (or interest in) machine learning techniques for predictive modeling. * Experience building APIs and working with complex data-driven systems * Well-structured and analytical thinking. * The ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience. * Fluent English skills (German is a plus). * The motivation to take ownership of projects from conception to release. * Energy, team spirit, and a creative mindset to continually improve our processes.
