Responsibilities

• ▹Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure, influencing long-term technical direction
• ▹Design, build and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django
• ▹Develop user-facing frontend features (React), collaborating closely with Marketing and Design
• ▹Own projects end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration
• ▹Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards and best practices

Requirements

• ▹A strong track record of building, shipping and maintaining production web applications
• ▹Deep experience with Python/Django and modern frontend frameworks such as React
• ▹Familiarity with Node.js, Go, Ruby or other server-side languages is welcome
• ▹A primary-owner mentality, seeing projects through to completion
• ▹A high bar for code quality — clean, documented, testable, readable
• ▹Comfort collaborating across Design, Marketing and Engineering

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Kafka, GCP, AWS
• ▹Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• ▹Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
