Application Enablement - Senior Staff Architect - Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• ▹Represent application enablement across M&A programs (due diligence, integration, stabilization)
• ▹Lead technical discovery, gap analysis and integration planning
• ▹Align integration blueprints with enterprise architecture standards
• ▹Partner with IMO/PMO and other CIS teams
• ▹Integrate applications into the CMDB using ServiceNow/CSDM
• ▹Define authentication approach (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra)

Requirements

• ▹Senior architect experience in enterprise IT integration
• ▹ServiceNow and CMDB/CSDM knowledge
• ▹Active Directory and Microsoft Entra authentication expertise
• ▹M&A IT integration experience
• ▹Excellent collaboration and communication skills with global teams
