Responsibilities

• ▹Take technical ownership of customer project delivery
• ▹Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions
• ▹Configure custom applications and modules
• ▹Implement integrations in collaboration with other teams
• ▹Share knowledge and establish best practices

Requirements

• ▹IT degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• ▹Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications and modules
• ▹Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools/systems
• ▹At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex scenarios
• ▹Fluent German and English
• ▹Willingness to travel (30-50%)

Nice to have

• ▹ServiceNow certifications
• ▹Experience with the Scrum framework
