Solution Architect / Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical leadership for 1-2 cross-functional delivery teams, aligned with project and company-wide requirements and goals
• ▹Plan, run, and follow up on technical project workshops with customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers
• ▹Assess feasibility, develop solutions, estimate, and present changes to project and platform architecture as part of various sales activities
• ▹Further develop the company-wide platform architecture and technology stack together with all solution architects
• ▹Support and contribute to cross-team knowledge transfer, onboarding, and internal training

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical education and initial experience designing and delivering complex IT projects (as a Software Engineer, Solution Manager, Solution Architect, and/or Technical Project Manager)
• ▹Experience with agile development and knowledge management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• ▹Initial exposure to microservice and cloud architectures, as well as current cloud provider solutions
• ▹A solution-oriented, independent, and communicative personality

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, OpenAPI specifications, Kafka, MongoDB, the EFK stack, and Kubernetes
