Test Management Specialist (Selenium, C#)

Responsibilities

• ▹coordinate, define and maintain binding test standards for test depth, coverage and documentation
• ▹structure and manage test management in Azure DevOps, including test suites, test cases and naming conventions
• ▹coordinate continuous testing and release testing across Scrum teams
• ▹ensure transparency on test progress, risks, open issues and release readiness
• ▹ensure testers are involved early in requirements engineering and acceptance testing
• ▹coordinate end-to-end tests along real customer processes and business priorities
• ▹ensure the quality of bug tickets going to development
• ▹strategically and consistently drive test automation using Selenium and C#

Requirements

• ▹several years of experience in software testing or test management in agile teams
• ▹solid know-how in test design, test documentation and release testing
• ▹experience with test management tools, ideally Azure DevOps
• ▹experience with test automation, ideally Selenium and C#
• ▹analytical, independent and structured way of working
• ▹strong communication and assertiveness skills
• ▹reliability, accuracy and high quality awareness
• ▹good English skills
