Responsibilities

• ▹Design and architect core components of the Playwright-based test automation framework
• ▹Lead platform engineering decisions and establish architectural best practices
• ▹Mentor junior software engineers and conduct technical code reviews
• ▹Develop comprehensive testing strategies for complex feature sets
• ▹Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform
• ▹Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and framework issues
• ▹Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define testability requirements
• ▹Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and engineering techniques
• ▹Establish and maintain test data management and infrastructure strategies
• ▹Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering standards
• ▹Manage technical debt and refactor systems for scale and performance

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• ▹3+ years of experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot/Spring Framework, and at least 5 years total experience in software development
• ▹Demonstrated ability to architect and lead technical initiatives
• ▹Proven ability to architect and maintain large-scale software systems
• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and scalability
• ▹Leadership capability without requiring formal authority
