Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze, profile and optimize GPU kernels using CUDA and profiling tools
• ▹Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify kernel bottlenecks
• ▹Refactor C++ and CUDA codebases for maintainability and efficiency
• ▹Implement shader logic and graphics workflows using GLSL and WebGPU
• ▹Document findings, optimization steps and performance improvements
• ▹Contribute to design discussions and evaluation of new GPU-based approaches
• ▹Stay current on advancements in GPU programming

Requirements

• ▹Demonstrated CUDA programming expertise with a track record of performance-tuning GPU kernels
• ▹Advanced C++ development skills in high-performance computing environments
• ▹Hands-on experience with GLSL and WebGPU
• ▹Proficiency using GPU profilers such as Nsight or Visual Profiler
• ▹Strong analytical ability to evaluate kernel performance across hardware generations
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• ▹Experience collaborating in remote, cross-disciplinary project settings
