Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion
• ▹Ensure successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards
• ▹Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams across multi-vendor, complex client organizations
• ▹Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks
• ▹Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams
• ▹Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels

Requirements

• ▹Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full-lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country ECC and S/4HANA rollouts
• ▹Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
• ▹Ability to lead teams across multi-vendor, complex, distributed client organizations
• ▹Deep knowledge of setting up programs for success across IT, business, and change components
• ▹Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks
• ▹Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders
• ▹Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, and communicate data for varied audiences
• ▹Willingness to travel for project-related mobility
