Responsibilities

• ▹Design and architect enterprise-scale messaging solutions based on Microsoft best practices
• ▹Lead Exchange modernization and transformation initiatives
• ▹Define migration strategies from on-premises Exchange environments to Exchange Online
• ▹Develop long-term messaging and collaboration roadmaps
• ▹Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments
• ▹Design, implement and optimize Exchange Online environments
• ▹Lead Exchange Hybrid and migration projects
• ▹Manage mail flow architecture, transport rules, connectors and routing configurations
• ▹Design and review High Availability (DAG) and Disaster Recovery strategies for Exchange Server
• ▹Troubleshoot complex messaging and coexistence scenarios
• ▹Administer and govern Microsoft 365 tenant services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID integrations
• ▹Define operational standards and administration frameworks
• ▹Optimize Microsoft 365 service health, performance and adoption
• ▹Lead tenant consolidation and modernization projects
