Responsibilities

• ▹Make powerful technology feel beautifully simple
• ▹Shape the experience of products used by developers around the world
• ▹Work side by side with product managers and engineers to solve tough problems
• ▹Build the systems and design patterns that help great UX scale
• ▹Prototype, experiment, and explore with AI and modern design tools
• ▹Lead and set standards for user research and define the personas that guide design decisions
• ▹Talk to customers often and let their feedback shape what gets built
• ▹Bring clarity to complex product decisions through design workshops and reviews
• ▹Raise the bar for usability, accessibility, and thoughtful product design
• ▹Help other designers grow by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and leading by example

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
• ▹Experience designing cloud infrastructure and/or products for developers
• ▹Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers
• ▹Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• ▹A talent for turning technical complexity into intuitive experiences
• ▹Systems thinking: knowing when to solve a problem once versus building a scalable pattern
• ▹Ability to zoom out to strategy and dive into details when it matters
• ▹Collaborative mindset, balancing user needs with technical realities alongside engineers
• ▹Clear communication, from engineers to leadership
• ▹Curiosity about AI and modern tools
• ▹An obsession with the details that make products feel fast, simple, and effortless

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building design systems, component libraries, or design tokens
• ▹Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular
• ▹Experience designing for APIs and cloud platforms
