Responsibilities

• ▹Align technical strategy with business goals
• ▹Architect and build robotics automation solutions, integrating Physical AI intelligence with physical hardware
• ▹Leverage Physical AI models to drive process automation and optimize operational efficiency
• ▹Define the tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap
• ▹Monitor robotics, AI, and automation trends to maintain a competitive technological edge
• ▹Translate customer feedback and market needs into robust technical requirements
• ▹Establish hardware-software co-development workflows, CI/CD pipelines for robotics (firmware, ROS/ROS2, physical AI model deployment), simulation-to-real testing frameworks, and safety/data compliance standards

Requirements

• ▹At least 5+ years of experience in robotics or automation companies (e.g. Lead Robotics Engineer, Hardware Lead, Tech Lead, CTO)
• ▹At least 3+ years of hands-on robotics engineering expertise: designing, prototyping, sourcing, and adapting hardware (mechatronics, kinematics, sensor integration, embedded systems, control systems)
• ▹Strong background in hardware and robotics engineering, with experience building scalable physical automation platforms
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatic execution and rapid prototyping
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ▹Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
• ▹University degree (engineering or master's) in automation, robotics, or mechatronics
• ▹Knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical engineering principles
• ▹Ability to write code in dedicated environments

Nice to have

• ▹Deep understanding of Physical AI / Embodied AI, including bridging digital ML models and physical execution (edge compute constraints, sensor noise, actuator dynamics, sim-to-real transfer)
