Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Own solution architecture from discovery through design, implementation guidance, and go-live support
• ▹Lead technical workshops to capture requirements, constraints, integrations, and non-functional needs
• ▹Produce high-quality deliverables: HLD/LLD, decision logs, assumptions, scope boundaries, and risk controls
• ▹Define integration patterns (directory services, MFA, ITSM, target systems, API-based integrations)
• ▹Guide consultants and engineers, act as technical authority, and support issue resolution
• ▹Ensure alignment with best practices, product capabilities, and customer operating models

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience in IAM, PAM, security architecture, or enterprise access platforms
• ▹Solid understanding of enterprise environments, integration patterns, and security fundamentals
• ▹Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders
• ▹Experience delivering structured documentation and governing technical decisions
• ▹Comfort working across multiple customers/projects in a distributed environment
