Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain integrations with digital channels and social platforms such as Google, X, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
• ▹Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable customer-facing capabilities
• ▹Design and implement features supporting vendor integration, data aggregation, data retrieval, message routing, delivery, tracking, analytics, observability, and operational tooling
• ▹Write and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end test layers
