Senior Data Engineer - Data Platform team (100% Remote within Spain)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build the systems that ingest, transform, and serve data for the whole company
• ▹Own architecture decisions, driving them from proposal to production
• ▹Mentor other engineers
• ▹Work across the stack: dbt models, Kubernetes workloads, Terraform provisioning, pipeline orchestration
• ▹Support platform operations and ingestion from dozens of heterogeneous sources
• ▹Own problems end to end rather than tickets

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience building and operating data platforms at scale
• ▹Comfortable across the stack: dbt, Kubernetes, Terraform, orchestration tools
• ▹Strong opinions, loosely held, about how data platforms should work
• ▹Ownership mindset – solves problems end to end rather than working ticket by ticket
