Responsibilities

• ▹Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows
• ▹Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing)
• ▹Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions
• ▹Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents
• ▹Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams

Requirements

• ▹1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions
• ▹Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background
• ▹Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures
• ▹Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.)
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• ▹Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
