Responsibilities

• ▹Active, hands-on software development: writing and reviewing code and concepts
• ▹Using AI tools as an accelerator, judging when the output is appropriate
• ▹Critical review of AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
• ▹Contributing to architecture decisions and the technical roadmap for AI integrations and applications
• ▹Helping shape the strategic evolution of the Microsoft technology stack
• ▹Evaluating, piloting, and introducing AI technologies (LLMs, Claude, Copilot, agents, Skills) in an enterprise context
• ▹Contributing to the modernization and gradual replacement of legacy systems, without a big-bang migration
• ▹Close collaboration with product, partners, and clients on requirements gathering and prioritization
• ▹Helping build a learning, AI-affine development culture
• ▹Representing the company technically internally and externally (workshops, clients, events)

Requirements

• ▹Relevant experience in software development / architecture
• ▹Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365)
• ▹Practical experience with existing enterprise / legacy systems
• ▹Active experience using LLMs, Claude, Copilot, or AI agents in projects, and awareness of their limitations
• ▹Practical experience critically assessing AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability
• ▹Knowledge of MCP, REST API integration
• ▹Experience in technical consulting and handling complex client projects
• ▹Interest in architecture and design decisions, and the courage to voice your own opinion
• ▹Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Knowledge of DMS/ECM systems
• ▹SAP ABAP development skills
• ▹Understanding of P2P / ERP / ECM processes
