Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead agile client initiatives, guiding agile teams through client engagements, transformation programs, and integration initiatives while ensuring successful outcomes and continuous value delivery
• ▹Build trusted client relationships, acting as an advisor who understands client needs and builds trust with stakeholders at every level
• ▹Create alignment and momentum by bringing Product Owners, business leaders, and delivery teams together around a shared vision and clear priorities
• ▹Manage complexity by supporting teams in navigating risk and enabling cross-functional collaboration while keeping the focus on value creation
• ▹Drive continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, transparency, and a learning culture that helps both clients and colleagues succeed

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience leading agile deliveries, having worked as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role in client-facing environments, for example improving ways of working and removing impediments
• ▹Experience with complex transformation and integration initiatives, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and technical delivery environments
• ▹Ability to build relationships and create alignment across different groups
• ▹A consulting mindset, understanding that success comes from combining customer value, quality delivery, and commercial understanding
• ▹A collaborative approach, leading through trust, communication, and encouraging development
