Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in stakeholder meetings with physicians, hospital IT, and clinical/operational champions
• ▹Scope use cases by working with internal and external champions to define success and the path to production
• ▹Build use cases by translating loosely defined ideas into concrete agents inside Carebricks
• ▹Build evals to ensure agents perform as intended
• ▹Maintain use case alignment by updating agents based on user feedback, clinical guidelines, or operational needs
• ▹Perform core engineering work, changing the platform based on learnings from users and self-use

Requirements

• ▹Ability to hold a conversation with a clinical champion and debug a production pipeline in the same day
• ▹Ownership of the full loop from identifying a problem to shipping a fix
• ▹Customer outcome-obsessed mindset
• ▹Based in San Francisco office, 4 days/week in-person (relocation assistance available)
